The Nets have zeroed in on their next head coach.
Brooklyn’s NBA franchise has their sights set on Kings assistant coach Jordi Fernandez as their next headman ESPN reported late Monday night.
The 41-year-old coach has been a “fast-rising coaching candidate” in the NBA over the past two years, ESPN reported, and he is expected to land the Nets gig.
Fernandez had been among a group of finalists for the job, along with former Bucks coach Mike Budenholzer and Suns associate head coach Kevin Young, according to reports over the weekend.
