Linda Lambert, widow of Eastdil’s founder, sells Miami manse

A New York-born business manager to the stars has just bought his own swoon-worthy crib.

Bruce Seckendorf — whose clients over the years have included athletes, actors and musicians like 50 Cent, Eminem and Timbaland — has plunked down $16 million for a waterfront Miami Beach home.

The seller was Linda Lambert, the widow of Eastdil Secured founder Ben Lambert. She bought the home for $13 million in 2021. Lambert, for his part, sold trophy buildings from the General Motors Building in New York to Willis Tower in Chicago.

The guard-gated Allison Island waterfront home faces the Indian Creek waterway. It comes with six bedrooms, seven baths and two powder rooms.

So what kind of financial advice is Seckendorf known for? In an interview, he once said: “If you’re going to spend money, spend it on your company, spend it on yourself and your career. Don’t be looking to invest in somebody else’s business and watch them try to make money. Focus on yourself.”

At 7,000 square feet, the two-story home features large, modern rooms, custom cabinetry, open layouts and an elevator — all on 0.37 acres. Built in 2021 and designed by Max Strong, the home features a large primary suite and a chef’s kitchen, with shellstone and white oak floors throughout. The interior design is by Artefacto.

The home is built for indoor/outdoor living. The backyard features an outdoor kitchen, a saltwater pool and a generator — all on 75 feet of waterfront.

The listing broker was Douglas Elliman’s Oliver Lloyd. Jordan Karp, of Jordan Karp LLC, repped the buyer.
