Larry David on Trump: ‘Such a little baby’

Seinfeld co-creator and comedian Larry David tore into former President Trump for denying the results of the 2020 election during a recent interview, calling him a “little baby.”

CNN’s Chris Wallace asked David how much the issue of the previous election “and everything that has flowed from it,” bothered him. The comedian did not hold back, ripping into the former president by claiming he jeopardized American democracy.

“You can’t go a day without thinking about what he’s done to this country because he’s such a little baby,” David said, according to a clip from the interview, which will air Friday. “He’s thrown 250 years of democracy out the window by not accepting the results of [the election].”

The “Curb Your Enthusiasm” star added that he thinks the former president is a “sociopath.”

“He’s so insane. He just couldn’t admit to losing. And we know he lost! He knows he lost. And look how he’s fooled everybody,” David said. “He’s convinced all these people that he didn‘t lose. He’s such a sick man. He is so sick.”

“Anyway, no, it hasn’t impacted me at all,” he later quipped.

David has often shown that he does not have much love for the former president.

In season 10 of “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” David wore one of Trump’s “Make America Great Again” (MAGA) hats, saying it was “a great people repellant.” His shows have also drawn criticism from Trump allies in Washington, including Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.).

Greene blasted one episode that she argued portrayed conservatives in Georgia and backers of the former president as “racists and red necks.”

“I watched this week’s episode of ‘Curb Your Enthusiasm’ and it was a glaring reminder of why most Georgian’s resent Republicans in our state for inviting the nasty commies from California, the Hollywood elites, into our state by dishing out Hollywood tax credits,” Greene said in February.
