The Knicks’ thrilling Game 2 win had injuries, one return from an injury and many lead changes — with a bit of history thrown in.
For the first time in Knicks franchise history, three players scored more than 25 points in a playoff game, according to Stat Mamba.
Jalen Brunson, who did not play in the second quarter due to a foot injury, returned and scored 29 points in the Knicks’ 130-121 comeback win over the Pacers on Wednesday night at the Garden.
Fellow Villanova running mate Donte DiVincenzo poured in 28.
And finally, OG Anunoby, who left the game after the third quarter with a left hamstring injury, also scored 28 points.
The Knicks also got 19 points and 15 rebounds from Josh Hart.
The victory gives the Knicks a 2-0 series lead in the best-of-seven Eastern Conference semifinal series.
Game 3 is Friday night at Indiana.
