Kate Moss rang in a new decade of life stone-cold sober.
The British supermodel, who turned 50 Tuesday, celebrated her birthday with her 21-year-old daughter, Lila Moss, and close friends on an alcohol-free trip to the Caribbean island of Mustique, the Daily Mail reported.
Guests included model-turned-nutritionist Rosemary Ferguson, fashion stylist Katy England, floral designer Flora Starkey, fashion casting director Jess Shallet, designer Jess Morris and filmmaker Sadie Frost, who shared snaps from the “spiritual” vacation on Instagram Tuesday.
Kate appeared fresh-faced in the images with garlands of tropical flowers adorning her head and neckline as the women sat in what appeared to be a prayer circle.
However, later in the evening, the group changed into sleek dresses, with the iconic ’90s beauty wearing a partially see-through black gown for the festivities.
Kate has openly embraced a cleaner lifestyle in recent years, launching a line of skincare and wellness products called Cosmoss in 2022 and reportedly abstaining from drinking alcohol 80 percent of the time.
In September 2023, ahead of her milestone birthday, she shared she had also scaled back on smoking, noting that she only engaged in the habit “occasionally.”
“I’ve heard that when you stop, you can really tell [by your skin]. But I haven’t stopped … yet,” she added.
Kate was not always at the forefront of wellness. In the past, she openly indulged in cocaine, and as recently as 2015, got kicked off a plane for reportedly being “drunk” and calling the pilot a “basic bitch.”
However, her new way of life has seemingly influenced how she’s reacted to her half-sister Lottie Moss’ substance abuse issues.
In February 2022, a family source told The Post that Kate felt “mortified” by how her younger sibling had been dealing with drug addiction.

“She has had her head in her hands about Lottie and what she is doing with her career,” the insider said.
At the time, Lottie, now 26, had been posting about her rehab stint on social media and joking, “I think I took euphoria too literally u guys.”
However, it appears Kate’s younger sister now wants to follow in the supermodel’s footsteps.
In a TikTok video posted Monday, Lottie tearfully admitted to having “struggled” with addiction since she was young and declared she is four days sober.
The OnlyFans creator added, “I think I’m going to start documenting my journey on here because I think it’s very important for my recovery to just come on here and, like, keep myself in check.”
