Inside Kyle Richards’ $2M La Quinta, Calif., home she uses to escape Beverly Hills

Kyle Richards is living in style.

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star lives with estranged husband Mauricio Umansky and their daughters in a sprawling $2 million mansion in La Quinta, Calif., when she wants to escape from Beverly Hills.

Location

Richards’ mansion is located about a two-hour drive from Los Angeles. She previously said that people from LA often travel to the area during the weekend.

“It’s an easy place to hop in the car and get away,” she said during her house tour for Bravo back in 2021.

The “Halloween Ends” actress said the home was a great “change of scenery” for her and her family to escape during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Richards’ mansion is reportedly located close to Kris Jenner’s home.

Living Room

When you walk into the home, you immediately notice an open floor plan decorated with white couches, Hermès blankets, a brick-lined fireplace, flat screen TV and a coffee table.

The living room opens up to a massive patio, which offers views of the mountains and a golf course.

Kitchen

The mom of four said she wants to “completely re-do” her kitchen. BRAVO

Richards’ kitchen features state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, dark wooden cabinets and a large marble island.

“I really fell in love with this kitchen because I can just see myself cooking and laying up a little buffet up here,” she said, adding that she plans to “completely re-do” the space to make it “all light and bright.”

Backyard

Richards said the family likes to take a dip in the pool during the spring. Bravo

The reality star’s backyard offers a breathtaking view of the mountains and a golf course.

“This is what having a house in the desert is all about,” she said. “We love the mountains so having a view of the mountains right there was really important to us and it just brings us a lot of happiness.”

There is a pool and a jacuzzi that Richards said the family enjoys during the springtime.

Kids’ Bedrooms

All four of the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star’s kids have their own bedroom in the house. Bravo

Each of Richards’ four daughters has their own bedroom in the home.

Alexia’s room features a queen-size bed, carpet and two lamps that sit on two small nightstand tables.

Sophia’s room also features a queen-sized bed, but hers is made of chestnut wood. She also has two lamps that sit on wooden nightstands next to her bed.

Farrah, whom Richards shares with ex-husband Guraish Aldjufrie, is the only child who has their bedroom downstairs. Bravo

Portia’s bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a small bench that sits at the foot of her bed. There is also a large plant that sits in the corner of her room and a flat-screen TV on the wall.

Her room, which appears to be the biggest of her siblings, features a queen-sized bed that has a headboard with linen and wood, a bench, two lamps and two wooden nightstands. There is also a circular couch on the extended side of her room that sits near a white furry rug.

Master Bedroom

The “Halloween Kills” star said her and estranged husband Mauricio Umansky’s bedroom is one she has made “the most effort with.” Bravo

Richards gave fans a peek at the master bedroom, where she sleeps with Umnasky.

In the room is a king-sized bed with a white headboard and a white bench at the foot of it. On the side of the room, there are two plants, a white couch, a coffee table, chairs and a rug.

The couple’s room also features high ceilings, a gold chandelier, flat flat-screen TV, a brick-lined fireplace and multiple windows that allowed the sun’s natural light to shine through.

Richards said her bedroom is the one she has made “the most effort with.”

“I tried to make everything lighter and more modern,” she said. “Eventually I’d hope to have the whole house more like this.”

Game Room

The game room is located upstairs. Bravo

The game room, which Richards said was designed for her four daughters to “hang out” in, is located upstairs and features a pool table, bean bag chairs, a large fireplace and an elliptical trainer.

Richards said she wanted the room so the kids could have a common area, especially during the holidays.
