ICE Arrests Several Of The Illegal Aliens Accused Of Attacking Police In NYC

Federal immigration officials have arrested several of the illegal aliens who are accused of attacking police in New York City last week.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) confirmed that the suspects were arrested on Monday evening by ICE and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) officials at a bus station in Phoenix, Arizona.

“Per multiple ICE sources to me & colleague @GriffJenkins, ICE & HSI arrested several of the illegal immigrants believed to be involved in the mob beating of two NYPD officers at a Greyhound bus station in Phoenix, AZ this evening,” Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin wrote on X. “We’ve reached out to ICE for formal statement & are told we likely won’t get further details until tomorrow.”

Two New York Police Department (NYPD) officers were beaten by the group of illegal aliens last Tuesday in Times Square.

The officers told the group of illegal immigrants who were loitering in the street to move along, sparking a confrontation. Video footage shared by the NYPD shows the officers attempting to arrest one of the illegal immigrants as others kick and punch the officers in the head.

Four illegal immigrants were eventually apprehended and identified as Darwin Andres Gomez Izquiel, 19, Kelvin Servat Arocha, 19, Juarez Wilson, 21, and Yorman Reveron, 24, the New York Post reported. All four were reportedly released without bail after being charged with assault. Police sources told the Post that a fifth suspect was arrested on Monday night and charged with attempted assault of a police officer.

The illegal aliens were arrested in Phoenix because they were released from jail without bail and reportedly decided that they wanted to flee to California because it is a sanctuary state.
