“I know you’re going to sleep well after that,” Walt wrote. “You should’ve told the coach you were tired.”
Miles McBride’s response? “You don’t tell Thibs you’re tired.”
That’s a fine motto for a player in the position of “Deuce” McBride, a relative newcomer to the Thibs Circle of Trust who has worked and waited and conquered to reach his place as Knicks utility man.
