Vice President Harris is campaigning in Michigan on Monday while former President Trump heads to Georgia, as the two presidential nominees kick off their final full week before voters head to the polls on Election Day.
Harris will highlight her focus on manufacturing jobs, with multiple stops in Michigan on Monday.
She will visit Corning’s Hemlock Semiconductor Next Gen facility in Saginaw to meet with workers, tour the assembly line and speak about investing in manufacturing jobs. She will then tour a labor union training facility with instructors and apprentices in Macomb County.
Later in the day, she is scheduled to deliver remarks at the Selfridge Air National Guard Base in Macomb County.
Finally, the vice president will headline a rally in Ann Arbor, Mich. with her running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D). The event is part of the “When We Vote, We Win” concert series and will feature a performance by Maggie Rogers, according to Harris’s campaign.
Walz, earlier on Monday, will campaign in Wisconsin. He will deliver remarks at an event in Manitowoc and participate in a political event in Waukesha.
Trump, meanwhile, will appear at a faith roundtable in Powder Springs, Georgia, before holding a rally in Atlanta at the McCamish Pavilion Monday evening.
His running mate, Sen. JD Vance (R-Ohio), will be campaigning in Wisconsin, delivering remarks in Wausau mid-afternoon and then traveling to Racine in the evening.
