Oddsmakers aren’t expecting much from the Giants in 2024.
Post-NFL Draft, Big Blue is -650 at FanDuel Sportsbook to miss the playoffs, which are the fourth-worst odds in the league ahead of only the Broncos (-950), Panthers (-1300) and Patriots (-2000).
Their current over/under win total is sitting at 6.5, which outpaces only the trio above, who are all at 5.5 wins.
Vegas is giving them virtually no shot at winning the NFC East, where the Eagles and Cowboys remain the top dogs or the conference at large.
The Giants are tied with the Commanders with a +1000 shot at pulling off an upset in the division.
The Eagles and Cowboys are tied at +120 in the two-horse NFC race.
It’s expected to be a bit of a rebuilding season for the Giants after a disappointing 2023 campaign.
The Giants went 6-11 last season after coming into the year with playoff aspirations following their surprising postseason berth in 2022.
But there are signs of hope for the future.
The Giants drafted wide receiver Malik Nabers a No. 6 overall last week.
Nabers is widely regarded as one of the top ball-catchers to come out of the draft in recent years and an early contender to win Offensive Rookie of the Year, coming in at 14/1 odds.

For any success in 2024, the Giants will likely need a bounce back and health from quarterback Daniel Jones, who is expected to be ready for Week 1 after tearing his ACL last season.
The Giants also bolstered their secondary on Day 2 of the draft, adding cornerbacks Tyler Nubin and Andru Phillips in the second and third rounds, respectively.
