DoorDash delivery driver calls black customer racial slur in video caught by her doorbell camera

A DoorDash delivery driver was caught calling a black customer a racial slur on her doorbell camera as he dropped off her order and has since been booted from the app.

The shocking video was posted to TikTok by the customer, Christina Derrica, who demanded DoorDash fire the man.

“Here’s your food,” the driver says before hurling the N-word after he drops a bag on Derrica’s front porch, according to the clip.

He steps back and takes a photo of the package at her doorstep to confirm that it was delivered and then turns to leave with an additional “chow down [N-word],” according to the video that has been viewed more than three million times.

“Here’s your food, [N-word]” the driver clearly says in the clip after he drops a bag on Derrica’s front porch.

“Did he not see my Ring camera?!!? Fire him IMMEDIATELY, HELLO @DoorDash,” Derrica wrote in the caption of the TikTok video.

“And YES it was the HARD ER,” she added in another post.

DoorDash has since removed the delivery driver from its platform.

“We’re horrified and appalled by this. Make no mistake – we have absolutely zero tolerance for racism,” DoorDash spokesperson Julian Crowley said in a statement to The Post. “This horrific incident violates both our policies and what we believe in. We have deactivated this Dasher account and reached out to the customer to offer our support.”

Derrica shared the video to TikTok and called on DoorDash to immediately fire the racist man.

Derrica confirmed that the company reached out to her and removed the man from the DoorDash app by posting a screenshot of an email she received from a DoorDash customer service rep.

The representative also said that DoorDash would be ready to assist law enforcement if Derrica chooses to report the hateful incident to the police. It’s unclear if she has made a report.

“I still have no idea who that man is but thank you [DoorDash],” she wrote.

DoorDash quickly removed the delivery driver from its platform, a spokesperson said.

Commenters could believe the driver’s blatant racism.

“The way I gasped,” one wrote.

“Some people have way too much hate in their heart. Oh my god,” another commented.

“The fact that I KNOW he had to see your Ring camera and still proceeded to say it twice is scary,” a third wrote. “Be careful.”

Others said they were concerned about what the man could have done to her food — and worse, they worried about the woman’s safety — now that the racist driver knows where she lives.

“I wouldn’t feel safe eating the food,” one commenter replied. “Sorry you had to go through that!”

“Please just be careful in case he comes back that’s so worrisome,” one concerned person wrote.
