Christine Quinn accused her estranged husband, Christian Richard, of violating a restraining order with the use of an “agent” to “effectively spy” on the reality star.
Quinn filed court documents, obtained by Page Six, on Wednesday, claiming the tech entrepreneur had sent the unknown man to her property on multiple occasions “to scare, intimidate, harass and disturb” her.
The “Selling Sunset” alum further alleges that Richard, whose legal name is Christian Dumontet, is “forcing” her and their 3-year-old son, Christian, to stay out of their marital home by instilling “fear of strange men coming and going as they please.”
“She does not feel safe living there,” the documents state.
The court filing includes screenshots from doorbell footage of an “unknown man” at the home on May 27. The same mystery man was also seen leaving a court appearance with Richard on Tuesday.
Richard, 45, had been attending his arraignment hearing in connection to the alleged abuse of his son and assault against Quinn.
The former Netflix personality’s attorney states in the filing that she will not “pursue contempt charges” for now but “will set a future hearing date should these violations continue.”
Quinn, 35, notes in the court documents that she had the cameras installed in May to “ensure” Richard and his “agents” abided by the restraining order she previously received, but on May 27 a phone alert pointed her to a person on her property.
“She watched an unknown man live from her phone application snooping around her garage and in front of her pool,” the documents state. “He was located in an area of the property that was not available to the public.”
Because the man left “without incident,” the real estate agent declined to file a police report.
“This pattern of wild, seemingly paranoid allegations against Mr. Dumontet evidences an obsession that is highlighted by Ms. Quinn’s multiple filings alleging that she has been unable to locate him and has not heard from him since March,” Richard’s attorney, Alexandra Kazarian, said in a statement to People in response to Quinn’s filing.
Police arrested a bathrobe-clad Richard for domestic violence in March after he allegedly struck his and Quinn’s son with a glass bottle.
The reality star filed for divorce in April and requested full custody of their toddler. Richard was formally charged with three misdemeanors — child abuse/endangerment, assault and violation of a protection order — in May.
