Ariana Madix may finally be moving out of the $2 million house she shares with ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval.
The “Vanderpump Rules” star recently purchased a $1.6 million Hollywood Hills home, Page Six has exclusively learned.
“Ariana has fallen in love with this home and is excited for a new chapter,” our insider says.
The recently renovated mid-century modern house located in Los Angeles, Calif. was originally built in 1962.
The main level of the three-bedroom, two-bathroom house has an open floor plan on the main level, with the living room and dining room connecting to a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and brass hardware.
The second level features a generously-sized primary suite with a modern bathroom, seating area and views of outside.
The backyard is private and big enough to host gatherings for 20 people. Several steps above that is a seating area and meditation deck with panoramic views.
The Hollywood sign can also be seen from the house.
The purchase of the new house will finally give Madix, 38, a clean break from the lead singer of Tom Sandoval And The Most Extras.
Following the reveal of his affair with their “Vanderpump Rules” co-star Rachel Leviss and their subsequent split in March 2023 — after nearly a decade of dating — Madix and Sandoval, 41, continued cohabiting in the stunning $2 million home in Los Angeles they purchased in 2019.
Madix had been using the main suite as her bedroom while Sandoval was sleeping in a separate room.
Sandoval always wanted to buy her out of the house, but she wanted them to sell it and split the proceeds.
In January 2024, Madix even sued Sandoval to force the sale of their shared abode. He, however, rejected her request via legal documents filed in late February.
A judge has not yet decided on the matter.
It’s also not yet clear if Madix has moved out of the house she shares with Sandoval.
“The fact of the matter is, he broke the home. He f–ked all of this up. He doesn’t get to do that and then just keep it,” Madix, who found love again with boyfriend Daniel Wai, said in a confessional during a February 2024 episode of “Vanderpump Rules.”
Meanwhile, in a different scene from the current 11th season, Sandoval claimed to Tom Schwartz that Madix didn’t pay “and of the bills” on their home for “like eight months.”
Madix’s rep did not immediately reply to Page Six’s request for comment.
