Elon Musk and his ex-girlfriend Grimes have begun searching for a Los Angeles mansion they could move into with Musk’s other baby mamas, according to a new report.
The exes, who dated on and off between 2018 and 2021, toured a handful of lavish properties in the plush Los Angeles neighborhood of Bel Air, a source told People Monday.
The Tesla CEO, 53, reportedly wants to live under the same room with all of the mothers of his children.
The SpaceX owner is a father to 12 children — three of which he shares with the “Genesis” singer, 36.
The exes are parents to four-year-old son X Æ A-12, as well as daughter Exa Dark Sideræl, 3, and son Techno Mechanicus, whom they welcomed in 2022.
Still, the pair are not looking to rekindle their romance despite the unconventional lifestyle change, the insider noted.
According to the report, the “Oblivion” hitmaker, whose real name is Claire Boucher, also viewed a separate mansion in Upper Bel Air, without her billionaire ex.
The Post has reached out to reps for Musk and Grimes for comment.
It’s unclear if Musk has changed his mind on building a luxury $35 million compound to “play happy families” at.
After their split in 2021, Musk declared at the time that Grimes would continue to reside at his California pad.
“It’s mostly that my work at SpaceX and Tesla requires me to be primarily in Texas or traveling overseas, and her work is primarily in LA,” he told Page Six at the time. “She’s staying with me now and Baby X is in the adjacent room.”
In addition to the three kids he shares with Grimes, Musk is a father to 9 other children he shares with two women.
The X owner shares 6 children with his ex-wife Justine Wilson, 52. The exes, who were married from 2000 to 2008, tragically lost their firstborn child after 10 weeks in 2002 from SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome).
They went on to welcome twins Vivian Jenna and Griffin, now 20, in 2004, followed by triplets Kai, Saxon, and Damian, now 18, in 2006.
Musk also shares three kids with Neuralink businesswoman Shivon Zilis, 38. The duo welcomed twins in Nov. 2021, followed by a third child in June 2024.
In 2021, Musk revealed that he and Grimes were “semi-separated” but remain on good terms.
“We are semi-separated but still love each other, see each other frequently and are on great terms,” he said at the time.
