Marjorie Taylor Greene could ‘really care less’ about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce

She’s known for being one of Congress’s most outspoken flame throwers and a frequent culture war combatant, but Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) says there’s one hot-button subject that she could “really care less” about: Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce.

“You want to know something? I’m really not into that whole debate and that whole thing,” Greene told The Hill’s Kevin Cirilli when asked about the power couple in a Tuesday interview.

“I could really care less about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce,” she added.

The “Cruel Summer” singer and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end have been dominating the headlines with their starry coupling.

While Greene said she tuned in to see the Chiefs beat the Baltimore Ravens in the AFC Championship game on Sunday, clinching a spot in the Super Bowl, she wasn’t focused on Swift rooting on Kelce on the M&T Bank Stadium field following the win.

“I just watch football when I’m watching it,” Greene said.

The lawmaker was also decidedly not courting controversy when questioned about which team she’ll be cheering for in the Super Bowl on Feb. 11: the Chiefs or the San Francisco 49ers.

“I’m really impartial. I’m more of a college football fan,” Greene said with a laugh. “I’m a Georgia Bulldog at heart.”

And asked if the Super Bowl is rigged — a conspiracy theory floated by former GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy in recent days — Greene replied, “I certainly hope not.”

“That would be something terrible,” she said.
