The Block star Jess Eva has taken to social media to share details of a very relatable accident.
The TV star and mum-of-two posted an Instagram story on Friday, featuring a carefully-censored gym picture, admitting she’d just wet herself.
“Wee’d myself during a morning workout,” she wrote over an image of herself in workout gear, wearing a shocked expression.
“Childbirth — the gift that keeps on giving all these years later.”
Eva, who is known for her candid confessions on social media, quickly became a fixture in the Australian media landscape after appearing alongside her partner, Norm Hogan, on The Block in 2018.
She went on to land a co-hosting role on the Triple M breakfast show, before it was abruptly canceled at the end of 2022.
Eva has also appeared as a contestant on I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here! and released a memoir. She featured regularly as a presenter on Ten’s morning talk program, Studio 10, until it was axed late last year.
During one of her appearances on the show, Eva attempted to share a behind-the-scenes video to her 116,000 followers of the process of getting camera-ready – but was left red-faced when she inadvertently shared a nude picture instead.
The short clip featured Eva getting her hair and makeup done, before stepping out of shot to strip down and get changed – without realising there was a mirror behind her.
She later edited her caption to include a funny dig at herself for the mistake.
“Updated warning!” she wrote to her followers.
“I’m so sorry I forgot there were mirrors in the dressing rooms that you could see! #bumcrackwarning.”
