The Broncos went all-in with Oregon’s offense during the 2024 NFL Draft.
The team traded up in the fourth round on Saturday to draft Oregon wideout Troy Franklin at No. 102 to pair with quarterback Bo Nix, whom the Broncos selected No. 12 overall in the first round.
Nix and Franklin were a successful pairing for Oregon last year, and the Broncos will only hope that translates into the NFL at some point after their 8-9 season under Sean Payton and ex-Denver quarterback Russell Wilson.
Franklin tallied 1,381 yards over 81 receptions and 14 touchdown catches from Nix across 13 games last year.

Payton, the Broncos’ head coach, is trying to rebuild his offense after a fallout with Wilson, who signed a one-year deal with the Steelers after Denver cut him.
Denver later selected outside linebacker Jonah Elliss from Utah at No. 76.
Their remaining picks are Nos. 145 and 147 in the fifth round, along with Nos. 235 and 256 in the seventh round.
