Wynonna Judd’s daughter, Grace Kelley, has been formally charged with soliciting prostitution, indecent exposure and obstructing governmental operations, according to the Elmore County Sheriff’s Office.
The troubled 27-year-old daughter of the country legend was arrested on April 5 in Alabama for the latter two misdemeanors after standing near a highway with her entire chest and southern region exposed. She reportedly did not cooperate with police when they approached her.
Kelley was also holding a sign that read “Ride for a Ride” while exposed, the Millbrook, Ala. Police Chief P.K. Johnson told the Daily Mail Thursday.
She is reportedly scheduled for a court appearance on April 25.
Reps for Judd did not respond to Page Six’s request for comment following Kelley’s arrest.
Kelley, whom the “Why Not Me” singer welcomed with her ex-husband, businessman Arch Kelley III, has had quite a few run-ins with the law over the last several years.
She was first sent to the slammer in 2015 for drug-related charges and was sentenced to eight years in prison in 2018 for violating her probation.
She was released early in 2019, but ended up back behind bars for a probation violation in 2021, according to the U.S. Sun. The outlet also reported she was in and out of prison between 2022 and 2023.
It is believed that Kelley was set to be on parole until 2024, although her latest arrest and charges may impact that.
In 2022, between her stints in prison, Kelley welcomed a daughter, Kaliyah Chanel. Kaliyah is being cared for by 59-year-old Judd.
