Kate Beckinsale wiped all evidence of her ongoing hospital stay from Instagram almost one month after revealing she was dealing with an undisclosed health issue.
While the actress’ feed used to feature several photos where she lounged in her hospital room, eagle-eyed fans noticed that she deleted all the pictures without any explanation earlier this week.
The comments on her social media have also been limited; however, it’s unclear when the “Underworld” actress made the change.
Beckinsale, 50, first revealed her health woes on March 11 — UK’s Mother’s Day — by sharing several teary-eyed photos of herself wearing a large black bow and medical gown in a hospital bed.
“Thank you to those that love us and support us when it’s s–t and try to make sure there are some bits that aren’t,” she wrote in honor of her mom, Judy Loe.
“And for looking after our dogs when we can’t, and lead us to remember happy things when we can’t. And turn up when we are sick and sit with us . . And send balloons and check in and pull us out of wells with love.”
The cryptic post prompted numerous fans to question if the actress was “okay” — however, Beckinsale didn’t reply to any concerned commenters.

Although the picture was only taken from the knee down, Beckinsale appeared to be lying in the same hospital bed.
While the actress has yet to reveal why she was hospitalized, she seems to have lots of support from those closest to her.
The actress appeared to be in good spirits while hanging out with her close friend Jonathan Voluck earlier this month.
