Gypsy Rose Blanchard is starting fresh.
The convicted felon revealed that she will be getting a nose job while she seems to be rekindling her relationship with ex-fiancé Ken Urker.
“I’m going through a personal transformation journey currently and that includes a physical one, too,” Blanchard, 32, told People on Thursday.
Blanchard –– who made headlines in December when she was released from prison for plotting the murder of her mom, Dee Dee Blanchard –– asked fans to “wish me luck” and encouraged them to watch the process unfold on her upcoming Lifetime documentary, “Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up.”
The rhinoplasty procedure is scheduled to take place on Friday in Lafayette, La.
Blanchard’s close friend Nadiya Vizier told the outlet that her friend is going through the surgery so she can look “more feminine.”
“She said she’s a bit nervous, but she’s happy it’s going to be done,” Vizier told People. “The main thing is that she wanted a more feminine-looking nose. She just wants to fix it up and give it a more feminine look.”
Vizier encouraged people to “let her live” and “let her experience” things Blanchard didn’t get to do while in prison for seven years.
Blanchard has been going through several transformations since leaving the Chillicothe Correctional Center in Chillicothe, Mo. late last year.
In March, she posted a selfie that showed she dyed her hair blonde and teased that she’s, “Bringing back the comeback kid era.”
Most recently, she revealed that she got a matching tattoo with Urker and, later, the pair showed off the black husky dog design on their forearms.
The duo were also recently spotted holding hands while running errands at a Dollar General in South Louisiana on Wednesday.

Despite the apparent reconnection, Urker’s mother, Raina Williams, told People that the two “are not back together.”
“As of right now, there is no plans on a romantic scale,” Williams said, adding her son “is just being a supportive friend to her and that’s it.”
Blanchard and Urker got engaged in October 2018, but he broke up with her in early 2020.
Shortly after their split, Blanchard began dating special education teacher Ryan Scott Anderson, and they tied the knot in 2022. Blanchard was freed in December 2023, and they briefly enjoyed some time in the limelight before Blanchard announced their separation on March 15.
“People have been asking what is going on in my life,” she wrote on Facebook at the time. “Unfortunately my husband and I are going through a separation and I moved in with my parents home down the bayou.”
The eBook author has since deleted all of her personal social media, so fans will have to tune into her forthcoming documentary for updates on her inner and outer transformations.
