Gisele Bündchen’s boyfriend, Joaquim Valente, was seen supporting the supermodel at the launch of her new cookbook, “Nourish,” in Miami Wednesday night.
A fellow guest recorded the Brazilian jiu-jitsu instructor rushing into the event at The Hub in Miami Beach.
He took a seat in the audience as Bündchen, 43, happily spoke to the crowd about her recipes and even gave some insight into her personal life.
We’re told the former Victoria’s Secret Angel was asked at one point what she likes to eat after a “hard day or breakup,” and she replied, “Ice cream!”
The mother of two — who moved to Miami full time following her October 2022 divorce from ex-husband Tom Brady — also shared why she loves living in Magic City so much.
She reportedly told the crowd that she wishes she had moved to South Florida “ten years ago,” and then gave a sweet shoutout to Valente for the influence he’s had on her.
Bündchen reportedly said the personal trainer and his siblings, Pedro Valente and Gui Valente — also known as the Valente Brothers, taught her “food spacing and food combining” to stay healthy.
Shortly after the cookbook author was done speaking, Joaquim — who was dressed in a navy blue button-up shirt and casual slacks — was seen making his way up to the stage with a smile to join his girlfriend.
This is the first time the couple has made a public appearance together, and the sighting comes less than a week after Bündchen set the record straight on rumors that she cheated on Brady, 46, with Joaquim.

When the New York Times asked her point blank if she had had an affair in a piece published last Saturday, the model responded, “That’s a lie.”
“This is something that happens to a lot of women who get blamed when they have the courage to leave an unhealthy relationship and are labeled as being unfaithful,” she added at the time.
Bündchen was seemingly forced to address the allegations after there had been a lot of back-and-forth between her and Brady’s camps behind-the-scenes regarding the timeline of her romance with Joaquim.
An insider told Page Six exclusively in February that Bündchen was “deeply in love” with her new man, while another downplayed the situation, explaining, “They have been dating since June.
“They’re taking it slow. They started out as great friends first. She’s very private about this and wanted to keep it quiet while they got to know each other.”
However, another outlet reported that same month that Brady had allegedly “accepted” that his ex had actually been seeing Joaquim for much longer than it may have seemed.
“If she wants to have people think she has been dating Joaquim only since June, so be it, but they have been together longer and they aren’t taking it slow. Tom has accepted it,” a source told the Daily Mail.
Bündchen was first seen spending time with Joaquim in Costa Rica in November 2022, just a few weeks after her divorce from Brady was finalized — which fueled the cheating speculation.
They have since been seen on several outings all over Miami together, including working out at the gym. He reportedly also spends most nights sleeping over the supermodel’s home.
However, Bündchen has maintained that she hired Joaquim to help teach her kids self-defense, per Harper’s Bazaar, then started taking classes herself and the romance blossomed from there after her split.
Bündchen and Brady were married for 13 years. They share two kids: Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, 11.
