A 5-year-old boy was killed after he ran out into a Queens street and was struck by a vehicle, according to police.
The child was hit around 6:06 pm in front of 20-19 124th St. in Flushing near a playground, cops said.
The boy “ran into the roadway” when a 2008 Honda CRV traveling southbound on 124th Street smashed into him, police said.
He suffered injuries to his head and was taken to Jacobi hospital where he died, according to police.
The 25-year-old driver remained at the scene.
No arrests have been made.
